Session Time Reminders
Enable automatic reminders that alert you when your gambling session reaches a duration you have pre-set. Reminders appear as on-screen notifications and give you a clear moment to stop, reflect, and decide whether to continue or log out.
Cooling-Off Periods
Take a structured break from gambling without permanently closing your account. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, wager, or access gambling features, but your account and balance are preserved.
Self-Exclusion
Permanently exclude yourself from the TWCBets platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of a confirmed written request to our support team. How to Set a Deposit Limit on TWCBets
Setting a deposit limit takes less than two minutes. It is one of the most effective ways to ensure your gambling stays within a budget you are comfortable with. Here's how to do it:

How Limit Changes Work
Reducing a Limit — Immediate Effect
If you request a reduction to your current deposit limit, the new lower limit takes effect immediately. There is no waiting period. This is intentional — if you decide you need to reduce your gambling budget, we want that to happen right away without any friction.
Example: If your current daily deposit limit is RM500 and you reduce it to RM200, the RM200 limit applies from the moment you confirm the change.
Increasing a Limit — Cooling-Off Required
If you request an increase to your deposit limit, the increase does not take effect immediately. A mandatory cooling-off period applies before any increase is activated. This deliberate delay is designed to ensure that decisions made in the heat of a losing streak or impulsive moment cannot immediately lead to significantly higher spending.
The cooling-off period for limit increases is 7 days from the time of the request. If you do not confirm the increase after 7 days, the request will be automatically cancelled.
Self-Exclusion — No Reversal During Active Period
Once a self-exclusion request has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be reversed or overridden for the duration of the minimum exclusion period.
